Terms of Use

These terms cover Tollie, provided by Tomoni Labs, LLC. Using Tollie means agreeing to these terms. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Contact support@tomoni.ai for help.

Using Tollie

Tollie offers conversations with fictional AI characters for language practice and entertainment. AI replies, translations, and feedback may be inaccurate. They are not professional advice or emergency assistance.

Follow the app store age rating and local consent requirements, including parental or guardian permission where required. Keep your account secure and contact us if you suspect someone has accessed it without your permission.

Your content and responsible use

You keep your rights to content you submit. You allow Tollie and its service providers to process and store that content to provide the features you request and protect the service. Our Privacy Policy explains data use and your choices.

Upload only content you have the right to use. For photos showing another person, obtain their permission. Generated images are fictional and may not accurately represent a person or event. Do not present them deceptively as authentic.

Do not use Tollie for illegal material, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, harassment, threats, deceptive impersonation, or violations of someone’s privacy or intellectual property. Do not interfere with other accounts or bypass purchase or security controls. Report unsafe content through the app or contact support.

VIP subscriptions

Choose a subscription lasting one week, one month, three months, or one year. The app displays your local price, benefits, and billing period before you purchase. Apple charges your account when you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Turning off renewal ordinarily leaves paid benefits available until the current period ends.

VIP includes lower chat gem costs, longer chats, and 50,000 gems on joining, then another 50,000 gems every 30 days while your paid subscription remains active. These allowances are deposited automatically and accumulate even when you do not open the app. An unpaid billing grace period does not earn a new allowance. Weekly renewals do not grant 50,000 gems each week. Changing plans or moving a subscription between accounts does not restart the 30-day interval or duplicate an allowance.

Gem packs, restores, and refunds

Gem packs are consumable purchases. Purchased gems do not expire and can be spent on the in-app activities whose costs are displayed. Gems have no cash redemption value. Your balance is saved with your Tollie account. Restore purchases restores eligible subscriptions; sign in to the same Tollie account to access its gem balance.

For an iOS purchase refund, use Apple’s refund request service. Refund eligibility follows Apple’s procedures and applicable law. A refunded purchase may have its subscription benefits and associated gems removed. If refunded gems were already spent, later gem credits may first offset that amount. A cancellation alone does not reverse a completed purchase.

We may correct duplicate gem credits or credits assigned to the wrong account. If those gems have already been spent, later gem credits may first offset the correction. Contact support if you believe a correction is mistaken.

Account deletion and service changes

Delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes access to your content and remaining gem balance. Spend any remaining gems you wish to use before deleting the account. It does not automatically cancel subscriptions or request a refund.

We may restrict access when an account misuses the service. Features and availability may change, subject to applicable consumer protections. Contact support if you believe an account restriction is mistaken.

Consumer rights and updates

Tollie is provided as available, subject to warranties and rights that cannot be excluded by law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the licensed app where applicable.
