Characters are AI, not real people. Their responses may be inaccurate. Tollie is for language practice and entertainment.

For help with your account, purchases, content, or privacy, email support@tomoni.ai. Include your app version and a description of the issue. Never email passwords or payment card details.

Purchases

Optional VIP subscriptions and gem packs are purchased through Apple. The app displays the available plan, price, and billing period before purchase. Restore subscriptions from the Store screen. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account subscription settings.

Delete your account

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your Tollie account and associated content. Cancel an Apple subscription separately in your Apple account settings. If you cannot sign in, contact support for help.
